BONDE Powder Coating Systems offers specialized powder coating system designed to enhance the durability and longevity of various products and installations, particularly in high-traffic environments. Our services are utilized by industries including signage, architecture, retail fixtures, and furniture to provide sustainable and long-lasting finishes. The method integrates a high-definition image into a durable powder-coated layer. It is neither a film nor a laminate. The image is bonded within the powder, ensuring a smooth flow over edges and corners with no visible lines or delamination. This technique allows for coating and decorating both flat and three-dimensional surfaces with an extremely durable polyurethane powder finish, resistant to abrasion, moisture, and corrosion. It has anti-graffiti, scratch-resistant, and non-combustible properties, suitable for both interior and exterior applications. The coating will withstand high-traffic areas and extreme weather conditions.

ADVANTAGES
BONDE Powder Coating Systems offer numerous advantages for a wide range of applications. Utilizing high-grade powder-coated aluminum that is 1.2mm (0.47 inches) thick, these systems provide a durable and versatile material that can be easily cut with shear and CNC routers. After sublimation, the aluminum is still bendable and drillable, allowing for flexibility in various projects. Available in eight attractive finishes, these environmentally friendly panels contain no VOCs, making them safe for both interior and exterior use. The 6 mils coated panels are also fire retardant and can be supplied either single or double-sided, offering additional customization options. These features combine to create a robust and adaptable solution for diverse construction and design needs.
